MON WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT – TRAINING FOR SOCIAL CARE STAFF IN MONMOUTHSHIRE
The aim of this section is to support everyone’s essential training needs during the COVID 19 pandemic. It will help us to continue to provide appropriate, safe care to the people of Monmouthshire whilst also looking after our colleagues and ourselves.
The information is mainly in the form of Toolkits and Workbooks. There will also be links to e-learning, important information and relevant video clips.
The Toolkits and Workbooks will:
- Start to prepare you for your new role in social care
- Enable you to develop your knowledge and skills once you are working in a social care role
- Help more experienced staff to refresh their knowledge if required
Please note: all new starters in social care will be working with an experienced member of staff
