MCC Estates Department are marketing the opportunity to take on the former Greenfingers site in Abergavenny. Community Groups & Individuals are invited to to submit a tender and proposal how they would run the site. Tenders will be assessed against the following aspects;

• Strength of proposal
• Experience and track record of delivering the proposal 
• Due diligence undertaken
• Capital investment planned and funding proposals
• Evidence of demand for the proposed use
