We want to make it as easy as possible for you to access council services at a time and location to suit you. Using our app or online services helps you contact the council quickly and easily and get a prompt response.

If you’ve previously registered your details on our app or customer portal or would like to sign up for an account you can log in at where you can submit your request, follow its progress and see all your previous reports and details.

If you would like to report your issue without logging in or registering for a customer account, you can do so- just log in as a guest.

Please note that registered customers who do not log in will not see their request in their account.
