Monmouthshire County Council’s Asset Management Team invites expressions of interest from community groups, charities, sports clubs and other not-for-profit organisations for the occupation of the former Air Cadets Unit at Jubilee Way, Caldicot.

Situated in a well-established and accessible location within Caldicot, the property offers a versatile community facility with the potential to accommodate a wide range of uses, including youth activities, sports and recreation, training, education, community support services, meeting space and other community-focused initiatives.
