In line with government guidelines Monmouthshire Community Education will begin to reopen on 12th April. We will be reopening our centres with limited provision in order to adhere to Welsh government guidelines. We will continue to enforce safety measures for the health and safety of our learners and staff (observing social distancing, sanitising hands and wearing a face covering in all public areas of the centres). These measures have been set out to ensure the safety and good health of centre staff and learners – all learners are expected to abide by these measures.

Classes currently running online will remain online. This arrangement will be reviewed at the end of the course.

Our website and social media platforms will be updated regularly with class information or you can email communityed@monmouthshire.gov.uk with any questions.

We are most grateful for your continued support and are looking forward to welcoming everyone back.

At Monmouthshire Community Learning centres we offer a variety of opportunities to learn new skills and build on existing ones.

Here in Monmouthshire we have five Community Education centres where we hold a wide variety of courses including Computers, Languages,

English & Maths, Art & Craft, Floristry, English for Speakers of Other Languages and many others.

Our students/service users are at the heart of our organisation, offering courses suitable for the whole community.

So whether you are a new or returning learner, we are sure that you will find your time with us an exciting, challenging and rewarding experience.

Please have a look around at what is on offer and don’t hesitate to contact us should you need any more information.
