Be Community is part of MCC Community Development Team

Recognizing the pivotal role that community projects play in fostering inclusive and vibrant communities, Be Community offers a tailored training program aimed at empowering grassroots community groups to thrive sustainably. With a focus on leadership, compliance, technical skills, and fostering inclusion and community development, the program equips participants with the essential skills needed to navigate the challenges of community initiatives.

In addition to face-to-face training sessions, Be Community provides accessible online learning modules, mentoring support and networking opportunities facilitated through Community Action Network events. This holistic approach not only cultivates individual growth but also fosters a sense of collaboration and connectivity within the wider community landscape, ultimately empowering grassroots initiatives to make a lasting impact.
