We operate pay and display car parks in Abergavenny, Chepstow and Monmouth.
Pay and display operates Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm including Bank Holidays. All car parks are free on Sunday.
There are no parking charges in the towns of Magor, Caldicot and Usk.
Disabled bays are available in all off-street car parks and are free in any marked bay if a valid disabled badge is displayed.
Parking for motorbikes and bicycles is also free in approved areas.
No vehicles over 2.5 tonnes and no dwelling or trading is allowed in any of our car parks.

This ticket must be sent within seven days to the car parking team to clear the Penalty Charge Notice issued to the vehicle.The overstay facility allows a ticket to be purchased if the vehicle has overstayed within an hour of the expiry of the original ticket.
