Employment land take up of employment sites allocated in the Monmouthshire Local Development Plan is monitored on an annual basis. The survey data includes; use classes of individual sites, employment land supply, site planning status, related planning applications, units under construction/completed and loss of employment land. The data collated provides a useful evidence base and will also be used to inform the LDP Annual Monitoring Report.  The Employment Land Background Paper (July 2026) provides data collated for the April 2025 to March 2026 period.
