Claiming these benefits has been made easier, you can now claim:

Our Benefit service is provided by Torfaen Borough Council. Please go to this page and select ‘Online Benefits Claim’ to see if you will be entitled or to make a claim for Housing Benefit or Council Tax Reduction

You can claim by phone on 0300 4563559. We will need your:

• Name
• Address
• Contact number

We will then arrange to complete your claim with you by a personal interview at one of our community hubs.

In person

Call into one of our community hubs and make an appointment for a personal interview. If you have difficulty in getting to one of our offices or completing the form, contact us on 01495 766430 to arrange for us to visit you.
