Please be aware the a new pricing structure for skip licences took place from 1st April 2015.  The new charges will be £53.85 per month, with each additional week being prorated  by an extra £13.45 per week.

If you have not heard from the local authority within a reasonable period, please contact it. Consumer complaint We would always advise that in the event of a complaint the first contact is made with the trader by you – preferably in the form a letter (with proof of delivery). If that has not worked, if you are located in the UK, Citizens Advice Consumer Service are available. From outside the UK contact the UK European Consumer Centre.
