Monmouthshire are seeking a Manager who is enthusiastic about securing
positive outcomes for Children Looked After and Care Leavers.
As the Manager of our Long Term Support Team, you will provide robust,
experienced social work leadership of the highest quality to ensure your team is
highly skilled and motivated in order to achieve best outcomes for the children and
young people of Monmouthshire.
You will be joining a service that is motivated by strength based practice in
participation with children and famillies with a focus on collaboration with other
agencies to ensure that planning the future remains active and dynamic, It is this
approach which is driving the development of Monmouthshire’s 14+ and young
person’s rehabilitation service within the Long Term Support Team.
