Pool Safety For Children
Children under 8 must be directly supervised in the water by a parent or guardian (aged 18 or over); this is recommended by the Health & Safety Executive. No more than two children under 8 may be supervised by one parent or guardian. Children aged under 4 must be supervised on a 1:1 basis.
Please note that during Family Fun swims these ratios can be extended due to the level of lifeguard supervision. One adult can accompany 3 children aged 4-7 years old or one adult can accompany 2 children aged under 4 years old. All children must be accompanied by an adult in Family Fun.
