Social Worker – Children with Disabilities Team
This is an opportunity for an experienced social worker to join a team striving to develop a 21st Century Children with Disability Service, which focuses on Strength Based Assessment, Active Care Planning, and Strong Partnership working. There is opportunity in this role to undertake a wide variety of support and safeguarding work with children and families,working directly with some of the most vulnerable children open to the service in order to ensure the child is heard and able to participate in their own service plan.
