The South East Wales Adoption Service (SEWAS) is provided by Torfaen, Monmouthshire, Caerphilly, Newport and Blaenau Gwent local authorities, and provides adoption services across and beyond the five boroughs. If you are interested in adoption and would like more information, the SEWAS team is always happy to help.
