Site Facilities Officer – Castlegate Business Park

To lead the Facilities Management Service ensuring that Castlegate Business Park is well managed, safe, compliant and meets the needs of its users. You will be responsible for the management of personnel/contractors and assume the overall responsibility for the day to day operations of the building, in support of the managing agent or nominated individual.
