Service Manager – Integrated Autism Service SAS418
- Lead the delivery and support the provision of specialist services for people of all ages with Autism who require support to lead a good life.
- You will operationally lead developments within the service and coordinate roles and responsibilities of staff, ensuring appropriate lines of communication and forums are in place to provide effective and professional decision making.
- Collaborate with Professional Heads for services across health and local authority services to ensure that strategic development plans meet the developing needs of the people we are supporting with Autism.
- Be accountable for and lead the provision of specialist treatment for people with ASD including those with complex needs from within the IAS.
- Act in a consultative/advisory capacity in relation to neuro-divergent issues and best practice to wider services (LA, ABUHB and Third Sector) and carers.
- Assess and manage risk within the care environment.
