Senior Practitioner, Going Home , Staying Home Team
Monmouthshire are looking for a Senior Practitioner to Support the Long Term Team in first class service delivery to secure positive outcomes for Children Looked After and Young People by supporting childrens safe rehabilitation.
This is a non case holding role within in a newly established project. You will supervise and lead a case holding Social Worker and Support workers to assess and support children to live safely in their communities, and strengthen life long support Networks.

Hours: 3 days a week (flexible working arrangements considered) Monday to Friday
Location: County Hall, Usk and the Monmouthshire locality

Temporary: 2 Year Temporary Contract – subject to funding
