|| I am a new member to the team here at Monmouthshire County Council, bringing with me a vast knowledge of various business models both in the private sector and local government. My experience is mostly from the financial sector enabling me to assist in creating better systems, performance monitoring and a commercial environment within the Council. I am able to offer guidance and help negotiate to find the best outcome for both the Council and the customer, making sure the bottom line is not our only consideration.

|| I have worked for the Council for 23 years in waste and street services, most recently focussed on waste income generation. I provide advice and any help needed, which best suits the business needs, for their waste and recycling collection and disposal. I am happy to come and do site visits, waste audits and provide any education to help reduce waste. I love dealing with members of the public and get great satisfaction from being able to deliver what is required for the customers’ needs.
We operate with a small team which provides excellent customer service pre and post-sale. We are well aware of the financial pressures on local businesses and are happy to be flexible to accommodate needs.
I am also able to provide advice on the businesses legislative duties or your business requirements with no obligation to buy into the council services. The aim of this service is to make sure people are following the waste hierarchy, which is good for them, the environment and future generations.
