Following Ministerial advice in March 2020 to revoke Technical Advice Note (TAN) 1; Joint Housing Land Availability Studies, the Council is no longer required to publish annual Joint Housing Land Availability Studies.

The Adopted Local Development Plan Annual Monitoring Reports (AMR) will report on the delivery of housing.
