My Support Service – Support Worker
MCC have an exciting new service, we are looking for encouraging people to inspire individuals with additional or mental health needs to access their community. with the overall aim of enabling people, for them to achieve a greater level of independence, develop skills and support their participation in meaningful activities in line with their person-centred plan and goals.
No experience needed; we will train you to help people live their best life!

Hours: Days, evening and weekend working.
Location: All areas across Monmouthshire Chepstow, Abergavenny, Monmouth, Usk, Caldicot (Travel expenses paid from your base @ 55pm)
