The Council’s services for private landlords are delivered through key staff within the Housing Options Team.  Our friendly and knowledgeable staff can offer advice and support together with providing a range of property management services specifically designed and intended for private landlords and forms part of our ‘Landlord Offer.’  All services are currently free of charge.  Our team of locally based staff are all housing professionals and are highly experienced in property management, tenant liaison and advising landlords.  Staff have an intimate knowledge of the local housing market.

Support is also available for tenants and prospective tenants.

Not only are our services free of charge, being part of the Council staff have the unique advantage of having close links with a wide number of both internal teams and outside organisations such as Housing Benefit, Tenancy Support and the Seren Bond Scheme to help promptly and professionally answer queries or resolve issues.
