Family and Community Links Coordinator
An opportunity exists to join a dynamic and innovative team of Family and
Community Links Coordinators, working to facilitate greater integration and
community resourcefulness among children, young people, their families and
communities. Our Integrating Families and Community Together (InFaCT) team are
delighted to be able to invite and welcome applications from candidates with a warm
and empathic approach to working with people, and an interest in community
responses to problems.
