Tackling inequality is one of the absolute priorities of this organisation and its a theme that runs throughout our new 5 year Community and Corporate Plan. The postholder will be responsible for developing and ensuring delivery of the council’s Strategic Equality Plan and Welsh Language Strategy along with providing advice, support and challenge to officers and councillors to ensure that these are embedded in everything that we do.

Hours: 37 hours per week (though alternative arrangements can discussed)
Location: County Hall, Usk which may change in the future if the service location needs to relocate. Relocation or disturbance expenses will not be paid if this happens.
