We are looking for inspirational Mentors to join our Monmouthshire Mentors Programme. Mentors who can support our young people throughout their learner journey by offering their services as an inspirational speaker, a judge, supporting their employability skills development or by offering volunteering or work placements, apprenticeships.

Mentorship can help you develop your ability to inspire, motivate and encourage others on their learner journey. This can help you become a better manager, employee, and team.
