Cook in Charge

We have a new post of Cook in Charge at Gilwern Outdoor Adventure Centre. You will supervise the kitchen staff, plan the  smooth running of the kitchen and the production of meals that meet recognised standards of nutrition.

The successful candidate should be a team player with the ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with staff at all levels.

A CIEH Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering qualification is required for this post however if you have not yet obtained the qualification  training will be given to the successful candidate. It will be a condition of appointment that the qualification is obtained.
