Community Occupational Therapist
Following implementation of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales)
Act, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational
Therapist to join our forward-looking Integrated Services for adults.
Practicing across diverse communities, you will become part of a friendly
integrated team of occupational/physio therapists, social workers and
district nurses who support older and disabled people and their carers in
Monmouth, Raglan, Usk and the surrounding rural areas. Monnow Vale
benefits from having health and social care professionals from all
disciplines working closely together in the pursuit of ‘what matters’ to the
