Reading Well in Wales
Reading Well helps you to understand and manage your health and wellbeing using helpful reading.
The books are all chosen and recommended by health experts, as well as people living with the conditions covered and their relatives and carers.
There are three Reading Well schemes available in Wales:
• Reading Well for Dementia
• Reading Well for Mental Health
• Reading Well for Children
Books are available from any of the Community Hubs in Monmouthshire.
Library membership is free for everyone and there are no overdue charges for any of the books in the three Reading Well Schemes.
A number of the titles in each scheme are available in Welsh, with new titles added as they become available.
Some of the books are available in e-audio and e-Book format through Borrowbox, the e-Book and e-audio book provider for all of the libraries in Wales.
