Carers Information and Support Worker
We are looking for someone to be part of our creative, supportive and helpful Carers Team. You are someone who is able to listen and understand, so that the right support can be offered to unpaid carers. You will be skilled at developing and nurturing relationships with both internal and external teams/agencies in order for them to identify, support and offer support to carers.
