Direct line to the 24/7 Alarm Receiving Centre.

Property Exit Sensor

Links to the Lifeline using control box. The door magnets are placed on the main exit doors of the house, these can be set to times when the risk of wandering is higher.

CO Detector

The Carbon Monoxide Detector will alert once carbon monoxide is detected, this will go through to a Alarm Receiving Centre who will offer advice.

Chair Sensor

Chair Sensor will alert through to Alarm Receiving Centre if no return in set time frame.

Flood detector

Once this flood detector detects water, this will activate and alert the Alarm Receiving Centre.

Pendant

To be worn either around the wrist or neck – this is programmed to a unit that will dial through to the Alarm Receiving Centre when in need of assistance.

Falls Detector

This is a Dual Purpose Falls detector, it is triggered through falls or a press of the emergency button, this will alert though to the Alarm Receiving Centre.

Bed sensor

Bed Sensor will alert through to Alarm Receiving Centre if no return in set time frame.

Alarm Receiving Centre 24/7

All emergency calls go through to the operators, they will help reassure or call emergency services for our service users.

Smoke Alarm

Smoke Alarm

This is a Smoke Detector that is linked to the monitoring centre, they will have to follow protocol and if no reliable answer is given the Fire Service is dispatched.

Video Door Bell

Video doorbell that can be linked to Alexa and through a screen can talk to someone at the front door from the comfort of the armchair.

Smart Speaker

Play music, set up prompts, add to a shopping list, ask what day it is. Make audio calls to family and friends. Links Smart Accessories.

Smart Speaker and Display

Play music, ask the weather, ask what day it is. Video Calling friends and family, and set up medication reminders. Link Smart Accessories.

Curtain Closer

Works with Alexa. Voice command to open and close curtains, creating independence and security.

Tablet

The tablet can be used in conjunction with the Smart Speaker which can facilitate the smart technology around the home – Lights – Smart Plugs etc.

Motion Sensor

When this sensor detects movement, lighting can be activated.

Smart Plug

These Smart Plugs can make any appliance Smart, e.g. TV, fan, lamps.

Window Sensor

Receive notifications to the Smart Phone that a window or door has been opened/ closed.

Smart Light Bulb

Voice activated Light Bulbs, once linked to Smart Speaker creating independence and reassurance.

Interactive Dog

Used for emotional support and company.
