For payment of Building Notice or Full Plans applications – you are “paying for a Building Regulations application”, quote your reference number (starts with a BN/ or FP/) or first line of the address of the property the application relates to.

For payment of Regularisation applications – you are “paying for a Building Regulations Regularisation application”, quote your reference number (starts with a RC/ ) or first line of the address of the property the application relates to.
