Community Focused Schools Lead – Monmouth
A rare opportunity to work as a part of the Communities and Social Justice Team, we are
seeking to appoint a Community Focused Schools Lead, on a fixed-term basis, within the
Monmouth Schools cluster. An internal secondment may be possible. You will
• Work with the school cluster to support young people, their families and the whole
school community
• Work with the local community to harness and unleash the social capital that exists
there to support a more equitable and aspirational focus for our young people
• Encourage greater community use of the school buildings, and promote and share
opportunities for young people in their local community
• Establish strong partnership structure and build links between the school and their
local communities.
Continuation of the post beyond March 2023 may be possible, subject to external funding
