We are currently consulting on the Revised Draft Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG). The Affordable Housing SPG (adopted March 2016) has been amended to take account of updated evidence and to provide clarity on key elements of the SPG. 

The document is available to view here and at the locations listed below from Thursday 11 April to Tuesday 28 May 2019.

• Monmouthshire County Council, Planning Reception, County Hall, Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am – 4:30pm on Friday);
• Monmouthshire County Council Libraries in Abergavenny and Gilwern during normal opening hours;
• Monmouthshire County Council One-Stop-Shop in Town Hall, Cross Street, Abergavenny, NP7 5HD during normal opening hours and
• The Community HUBs in Caldicot, Chepstow, Monmouth and Usk during normal opening hours.

A form for making representations is also available from these locations or can be downloaded here.  Written representations in respect of the draft SPG should be sent to the:
