Supporting young people to find education, work or training
Inspire Next Steps is here for young people aged 16-19 who are not currently in education, employment or training, or who are unsure about what to do next.
We also support Year 11 learners who are home educated or accessing alternative education provision and need help planning their next steps.
Our focus is simple: helping every young person find a pathway that works for them.
We provide personalised support tailored to individual needs, whether that’s building confidence, developing skills, exploring options, or getting help with applications and qualifications.
Support can include practical help such as travel training, as well as guidance to explore the full range of education, employment and training opportunities available.
By working alongside young people at this important stage, Inspire Next Steps helps them move forward into adulthood with clarity, confidence and the right foundations for success.
