This has included and resulted in the introduction to the Venture Graduates scheme via Cardiff Capital Region and the introduction to Careers Wales. The business has subsequently engaged with students at local career fairs, as well as presentations to students to help give exposure to career options.

The Council’s infrastructure and resources have provided open engagement and discussion in aspects from site expansion (development) and skills development, in addition to supporting Welsh Government accessibility.
Can you share any success stories or milestones that highlight the positive impact of Monmouthshire’s support?
Monmouthshire County Council has been fully supportive of the business expansion, which included the relocation onto the Kingswood site. This has facilitated the growth of the business and a significant increase in employment in the local area. The Venture Graduates engagement has been the biggest recent success (engaged in 2024) in identifying candidates returning or wishing to stay in Wales (Monmouthshire) for continued employment and career development.
