Integrated Services Manager – Monnow Vale
We require an experienced Service Manager who is ready to join the integrated
service based in Monnow Vale. To operationally manage and provide leadershiip for
the staff and services identified above, inlcuding the Integrated Services team IST
within the locality of North Monmouthshire.
They will facilitate on behalf of Aneurin Bevan University Health Board,
Monmouthshire County Council and other partner organisations the provisions of
services, care and support to the defined population. To acheive this they will have
responsiblity for the managment of a complex range of specialist and muliti
professional services in an integrated, multi-agency, multi-disciplinary, cost effective,
efficient and responsive manner.
