Our Leader Cllr. Mary Ann Brocklesby has said:

“We’re putting the safety of our children and teachers first. No suspect concrete* has been found in any of our schools and surveys of all buildings constructed during the time when this material was used will be completed by next Tuesday (12th September).

But we already have a high degree of confidence that this material has not been used here and we are working closely with the Welsh Government on this”.
