A range of Pay and Display and Free Car parks are located in the towns of Abergavenny, Caldicot, Chepstow, Goytre, Gilwern, Monmouth and Usk.
The following tariffs apply to Pay and Display:
Long Stay
80p - 2 Hours
£1.30 - 3 Hours
£1.80 - 4 Hours
£3.50 - All Day
Short Stay
80p - 2 Hours
£1.30 - 3 Hours
£1.80 - 4 Hours
Overstay Ticket - £2.00
The overstay facility allows a ticket to be purchased if the vehicle has overstayed within an hour of the expiry of the original ticket. This ticket must be sent within 7 days to the address below to clear the Penalty Charge Notice issued to the vehicle.
