Terms and Conditions for Community Environment Grants
- You must be an organised, not for profit group working in Monmouthshire, with a constitution and a bank account.
- Schools must be registered with Eco-Schools.
- If you are successful you will receive 50% of funding at start of project and 50% at completion of the project.
- Project monitoring and volunteer hours forms will need to be completed during and at the end of the project.
- Copies of invoices and receipts totalling the full amount of the grant must be sent to us before final payment will be made.
- Projects must be completed by the end of March 2009.
- All publicity relating to the project should acknowledge the support of Monmouthshire County Council.
- Although more than one application can be made, any group will normally only receive a maximum of one grant in any year.
