What does the Child Placement team do?
How does the Social and Housing Services Child Placement Team help children and families in Monmouthshire?
The Child Placement Team is responsible for the following services:
- Supported Lodgings - for homeless teenagers aged 16 and over and in need, plus those who are leaving a foster or residential home.
- Recruits, trains and gives support to foster carers.
Provides an ongoing adoption service.
