Recycling for Schools
How we can help?
Most schools in Monmouthshire now recycle some of the waste they produce. These items range from cardboard to mobile phones. If you are a school that would like to do more recycling we can help!
The Recycling Team visit schools delivering workshops and presentations on the Reduce, Re-use, Recycle Theme. Composting activities and games are also used as a way of engaging all age ranges.
Visits can be arranged to kick start a recycling project or to refresh an existing initiative that may be flagging. Activities can be tailored to meet the needs of individual schools.
Free compost bins and caddies are normally available, contact the Recycling Team on 01633 644119 for more details.
