Domestic sharps collection

Needles and syringes should be disposed of safely using a sharps box.

Patients should arrange collection of sharps boxes/clinical waste bags by contacting the

Discarded needles found in public areas 

If you find a syringe or needle in a public area then do not touch it but report it to us as soon as possible. We will then have it removed safely as soon as possible.

Discarded needles found on private property

We cannot collect needles from private property.
