Online forms: Future of Monmouthshire's Tourist Information Services

Form progress: 0% - Page 1 of 9

We are currently reviewing Monmouthshire's tourist information centres. A background paper and survey has been prepared and we encourage you to take part in the consultation.

Tourism is vital to Monmouthshire's economic development and prosperity. However, we recognise that the industry is affected by the ways in which visitors wish to receive and access information and we have noted the growing reliance on, and significant developments in, digital tourism technology.

On-line services, information and offers are available to visitors through our own web pages and a range of other local and national websites and social media forums, before they arrive in Monmouthshire. Increasingly, technology is an important feature of the experience at the destination. Planning a trip in today's world, therefore, inevitably involves technology and we need to think about the best ways to respond to this shift in consumer preference.

Pressing "Submit Form" below will send this form to Monmouthshire County Council for processing.
