| Monmouthshire Schools are very diverse, with several small, two and three teacher schools and just four large comprehensive schools with over 1,300 pupils in each. Monmouthshire currently has three infant schools, three junior schools, thirty primary schools, four secondary schools and one special school. Welsh medium education is available to all children, if their parents/carers so desire. |
