Sometimes a person may feel the need to complain/feedback about the cemetery or the service. In the first instance you should contact your local Community Hubs, Abergavenny, Chepstow or Monmouth. If you do feel that you would like to make a complaint, please read our complaints procedure and fill in the form and return to the relevant Community Hub.
