Bus Pass - All Wales Concessionary Travel

The Passenger Transport Unit administers the All Wales Concessionary Bus Pass scheme. 

There are approximately 19, 000 concessionary bus passes on issue to residents in Monmouthshire at present. The pass allows elderly and disabled people to travel free on almost all local bus services throughout Wales and direct services into England. 

In 2008/09 over £1 million was spent allowing Monmouthshire pass holders to travel under the All Wales Concessionary Bus Pass Scheme.
