A CHANCE TO HAVE YOUR SAY

Several years ago we set up a group called the Viewpoint Panel. This is a group of people who help us gather views and opinions about usand the services we provide.We need these to help us make informed decisions and enableus to gain a better picture ofthe needs of those living in the County.

To make sure that panel membership is up to date, remains representative of residents and gives different people the opportunity to contribute their views we need to revise membership of the panel. We need people (aged 18 and over) to join a pool we can draw on to update the current panel. This will give different people the chance to air their views. Joining the pool does not guarantee that you will be included on the View Point Panel immediately since we have to make sure it remains representative of the population of Monmouthshire as a whole. 

Usually we send out questionnaires by post for completion which you can return to us using Freepost. We also draw on panel members to form
focus groups to give us their views on specific topics. In future we aim to make greater use of electronic surveys using our new website but please note
that it's not essential to have a computer or an email address.
