Monmouthshire County Council Directorates
The work and responsibilities of Monmouthshire County Council are delivered across the three service directorates of:
- Regeneration Environment & Resources
- Lifelong Learning and Leisure
- Social and Housing Services
There is also a Chief Executive’s unit providing a wider corporate support.
Each directorate is led by a corporate director, and they meet regularly with the chief executive to form the corporate management team (CMT). It is the role of the CMT to help ensure that the council is delivering on its core aims and values.
