Well we can come to you! Our team of qualified health and fitness professionals can come to your workplace and carry out a comprehensive series of health assessments. Individuals receive Body Mass Index, Blood Pressure, Resting Heart Rate and Cholesterol Testing, following testing all individuals are given physical activity and nutritional advice. Details on all assessments and site visits are available on request.
