The Area Child Protection Committee (ACPC) is now called the Local Safeguarding Children Board (LSCB). 

Monmouthshire  LSCB is a multi-agency body responsible for agreeing how relevant organisations within the community will co-operate to safeguard and promote the welfare of children, and for ensuring the effectiveness of what they do.

The Board meet bi-monthly.
