The Monmouthshire Young Carers Project is based with Crossroads – Caring for Carers and is a support service for Young Carers (between the ages of 8-18) who look

after a parent, grandparent or sibling with a physical or mental illness or disability, or who is frail or elderly.

It provides:

• Advocacy
• Information
• Social activities
